Lacy Glenn Hall, age 56, of Norfolk, Virginia, passed away Saturday, April 16, 2022 while on a fishing trip in North Carolina. He peacefully passed in his sleep. Lacy was self-employed as a painter and employed at Top Guard Security. Lacy had a gift of connecting with people, he never met a stranger. His favorite past time was fishing (yes, he knew all the secret fishing spots).
He was born on August 26, 1965 to his late parents Hilda Mae Wheeler and William Spratley. He is survived by his wife, Tanya Hall, 5 children, Laniece Hall (daughter), Larissa Hall (daughter), Siah Hall (son), Haleigh Hall (daughter), Lileigh Hall (daughter), 5 step-children, Marcella Oliver, Mandy Blair, Mariah Lee, Caelan Robinson, Danielle Robinson & 9 grandchildren. He is survived by 11 siblings, James Hall (Elizabeth), Ronnie Hall (Debra), Carlise (Lisa) Warfield, Maria Ames (Thomas), William (Bug) Spratley, Jr., Angela (Niecey) Thomas, Maria (WeeWee) Spratley, Wayne Spratley, Mark Spratley, Pernell Spratley, Vernell (Granny) Spratley and many nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by 3 siblings Charles Wheeler, Thaddeaus Hall & Robert Hall.
