British influencer Molly Moorish (the daughter of Lisa Moorish and Liam Gallagher) is taking advantage of the summer heatwave in the UK by getting into a swimsuit. Moorish took a selfie where she's posing by the pool in a green bandeau bikini and gold necklace, and shared it on social media. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Moorish stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

Moorish loves hiking and long walks, both at home and when she's traveling. "Like all forms of exercise, hiking is one of the best ways to lose weight and is a method of stabilizing cholesterol levels," says the American Hiking Society. "On average, you burn 100 calories for every mile you walk… People who lose weight through hiking or walking maintain the loss and continue to lose while those who lose through dieting tend to gain weight again quickly."

Moorish enjoys walking for both mental and physical health benefits, finding it especially useful during the pandemic lockdowns. "Lockdown has obviously been quite tough for a lot of people, so I've been trying to stay quite positive and productive throughout," she says. "But I also think it's very important to give yourself a break. Go for a walk and do nice things instead of forcing yourself to be productive constantly."

Moorish sticks to a mostly plant-based diet. "There's a really amazing paella place in Ibiza Old Town that we go to every year," she says. "It's so hard to find – when I tried to go without my mum, I couldn't find it. I'm not big on meat so I go for the vegetable option."

Moorish loves volunteering, which research shows is beneficial for health. "A family friend, who has worked with Centrepoint over the years, introduced me to the charity because she knows it's something I'm passionate about," she says. "Soon after, I went to the Camberwell Centrepoint Foyer and met some of the people who work and volunteer there. Then I did the Sleep Out and became an ambassador."

Moorish takes care of her skin through proper cleansing and hydration. She also loves using face masks whenever she can. "I love charcoal face masks – they really feel like they are doing something," she says.
